Meyer Tree Service did excellent work removing a huge ash tree, a red bud, and pruning of some other trees at our Kirkwood home. We obtained 4 bids and the decision of which to use was pretty easy. The service and time that they took was much greater than everyone else’s. Rather than just a quick number and quote in the mailbox, they talked through the job with us. We met with the arborist twice to discuss the work and various options (including post-removal planting which we still plan to do–with the same firm). Their dollars were in the ballpark – not quite the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They did the work quickly, communicated well, and it was a very positive experience. The crew was top notch and cleaned up everything spotlessly. Stump grinding was deep and thorough and they replaced topsoil to prepare it for replanting. Highly recommend!
